What a fantastic project. Space 1999 holds a special place in so many peoples hearts. Thank you so much for making people’s dreams of standing in Main Mission come true. Please think about continuing with the project... the inside of an eagle, Koenig’s season 1 quarters.  And so many other possibilities too.

Thank you again.

kind regards

Hi Richard, I’m constantly surprised at how many of us fan there are out there in the wild. As a child I never would have guessed that I’d be in a position to create something like this and it warms my heart to bring a bit of nostalgia to those of us that dreamed of such things in our youth :-)

As it turns out, I was motivated recently to add the Moonbase Alpha Season 1 Corridor standing set to the project. I’m quite happy with how the detail turned out but before I release the updated VR experience I want to also add the Travel Tube interior that you typically see on one end of the main corridor.

Your point about adding the Eagle interior & Koenig’s quarters is so much more likely now that I have the main corridor in place because from what I can tell, the Eagle interior set is attached to the Travel Tube which is in turn attached to the corridor. How that section of Corridor is attached to the Main Mission set is anyone’s guess but I took a stab at it in my model and I guess we’ll see how right that feels once I post the update in a few weeks :-)

Cheers for now,

Andrew.

thank you for your reply Andrew. Your work is amazing, some of the best  VR I have seen! Most VR Tends to be quite dark so It doesn’t have to be as detailed and at lower quality textures but yours stands out as high quality even in the bright lights of Main Mission!!
Gerry Anderson would have been overjoyed to see your work. I am so glad that there are people like you who have the skill to make fans dreams come true....

Thank you again

Regards Richard
